新一线城市员工年轻化超过一线城市

我国企业正面临员工老龄化挑战。智联招聘近日所作的一项调查显示,与3年前的数据相比,三成受访企业员工平均年龄有所增加,56.2%受访企业出现员工老龄化趋势。

所谓劳动力的老龄化,是指在劳动力群体中,50岁以上人口所占的比例偏高。

除了老龄化速度加快,劳动力供给总量的减少也是企业员工老龄化的重要原因。国家统计局数据显示,2018年人口出生率达到1949年年以来历史最低值,60周岁及以上人口占比双创新高。全国劳动力人口总数与2017年末相比减少470万人,比重下降0.6个百分点。

数据显示,当前大多数企业员工平均年龄均在40岁以下,中青年劳动力为主要生力军,员工年龄结构尚处在合理区间。但其中部分规模较大的企业,员工老龄化问题最早显现。员工数量超1万人的企业中,员工平均年龄在50岁以上的企业比例明显高于其他员工数量规模小的企业。

政府/事业单位中,平均年龄在30岁以下企业仅占14.3%,42.9%的政府/事业单位平均年龄在36岁以上,年龄结构老龄化程度明显高于其他类型的企业。其他类型企业中平均年龄在30岁以下的均在四成以上。

调查显示,与3年前相比,一线城市37%的企业员工平均年龄有所增加,明显高于新一线城市27%的比例。新一线城市中平均年龄在2125岁,2630岁,3135岁企业占比均超过一线城市,同时一线城市平均年龄在40岁以上企业占比高于新一线城市。

In the past 10 years, high-tech enterprises represented by Alibaba, Huawei, Jingdong and Xiaomi have risen rapidly, and local star companies have absorbed a large number of young talents. Most of the foreign companies in China have gone through the rapid expansion stage to enter the mature stage, the welfare benefits are good, the turnover rate is relatively low, the talent team is stable, and the average age of enterprises is increasing.

Among the labor-intensive companies surveyed, nearly 60% of enterprises have an aging trend, and 28.7% of labor-intensive enterprises are aging. Compared with other types of enterprises, the trend of aging of labor-intensive enterprises is the most prominent.

It is worth noting that in the job distribution table of aging employees of different natures, the proportion of senior employees engaged in technical/R&D positions in government/institutions is as high as 42.9%, ranking first in administrative/logistics/secretary posts, in central enterprises./State-owned enterprises accounted for 24.2%, accounting for 17.9% of private enterprises. Among knowledge-intensive enterprises, older employees account for 22.4% of technical/R&D positions, and rank first in terms of administrative/logistics/secretary posts, and still occupy an important position in technology/R&D positions.
